Open call submissions When you submit your work, we collect: full name, email address, country, website (optional), social media handles (optional), artwork information and image. We use this data solely to manage your submission and — if selected — to display your work in our gallery. Legal basis (GDPR): Contractual necessity and legitimate interest.

Contact form Name and email address, used only to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest.

Cookies Essential cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (only with your consent via the cookie banner).

Server logs Standard server data collected by Hostinger for security purposes. Retained maximum 30 days.

How long we retain your data

Submission data (not selected): deleted within 90 days of submission deadline

Selected artists: name, country and artwork retained in archive — removable on request

Contact enquiries: retained 12 months, then deleted

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Service providers: Hostinger (hosting, EU servers) and Google Analytics (if enabled). All bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
